Healing for family of origin and relational trauma
I have a passion for walking alongside those who have experienced trauma of any kind. It may be situational or a deeper, generational wounding. None of us are helpless and all of us have the power to heal and find self-love and happiness in our lives. It would be my greatest honor to walk with you in your journey. It is my own journey of healing from trauma that has given me this passion for others, and has helped shape my very eclectic way of working with my clients.
In my spare time, I love to learn, hike, and spend time with my beautiful family and friends!
MY SPECIALTIEs:

Have you noticed poor coping in your family? The lack of boundaries or healthy ways of handling conflict? Many families have dealt with generational ways of coping that have caused emotional damage throughout the family. You can be the person to do the hard work to break the cycle, freeing yourself and others from the bonds of trauma.

Most of us have experienced a narcissist or someone similar in our lives. If the dynamic is ongoing from a parent, spouse, or other loved one, it can seem as if we are the problem and it can make us doubt ourselves. Understanding this type of abuse and how to protect yourself if crucial in healing.

Studies have shown that when we have unhealthy coping mechanisms and/or are in abusive relationships, our mental health is not the only thing that suffers. Our physical health is tightly tied to our mental health. From gut biomes to sleep to stress hormones, understanding these connections can be very healing in a multifaceted way
